2. Services
Sonder Eye Productions provides creative services in the areas of film production, media design, and visual storytelling. Details, timelines, and fees are defined in individual contracts or project agreements.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Euro. Payment terms are agreed individually and specified in the project offer. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights
All creative content (films, images, texts, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Sonder Eye Productions unless explicitly transferred by contract. The client receives usage rights appropriate to the scope of the project.

5. Liability
Sonder Eye Productions is not liable for delays or failures due to force majeure or technical issues beyond our control. Liability is otherwise limited to cases of gross negligence or intent.

6. Final Provisions
German law shall apply. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. Should any part of these terms be invalid, the remaining clauses remain unaffected.
